The Special Education Parent Advocacy Group is a group of parents that meet periodically to discuss or learn about topics specific to students in the district with IEPs of 504 plans. The aim of the group is to create a positive environment for parents to share knowledge, discuss concerns, and learn about special education topics.

This week's meeting topic is: "Understanding the Classifications of Special Education"
There will be discussion as to what they are, and why they are important.
