As December brings 2023 to a close, it’s time for a tip of the cap to the Gananda Central School District Students of the Month for December in addition to the Gananda Rotary Citizen of the Month.
Freshman Kelsey T. was selected for being DRIVEN. She is taking initiative in her classes as well as routinely demonstrating responsibility throughout the school day.
For the sophomores, Chloe F. as our student of the month. Chloe is an outstanding student that demonstrates great focus and effort in the classroom.
Junior Kayli N.’s innate drive to be outstanding both academically and socially at Gananda is directly linked to her continuous success. Her respect for faculty, staff and peers adds to her well-roundedness as a student who will go as far as she aims to in the future. We are proud to name Kayli Student of the Month.
Senior Mackenzie S. is the recipient of the 12th grade student of month because she consistently demonstrates a great work ethic and positive attitude. She is curious about learning and always strives to do her best in the classroom. She is kind and respectful to those around her, and goes above and beyond to succeed in the classroom. Mackenzie's curiosity and desire to learn and grow make her a great example to those around her.
And for the Gananda Rotary, Anthony D. is recognized as the Citizen of the Month for his continued help in their activities, especially the Haunted Hayride.
Congratulations to everyone who was recognized and keep up the great work. Stay tuned for the January awards as we work to make #GanandaProud!
